Please note: The upper level of the cottage is also completely separate active rental. There is no access inside the house from top to bottom- both are fully private and separate. If you are interested in booking the full house, please let me know and I will give a discounted rate. Lawncare is scheduled weekly on Mondays typically between 12pm and 3pm. 🚫🚬 No smoking on the property ($250 smoking fee) 🐶As I am pet friendly, I do ask that you please clean up after them so that guests afterwards aren’t stepping in anything. 🌊🐟The lake gets lowered 6-8 feet for winter, by the first of November. Refilling typically happens in the end of March, depending on severity of the winter months. ❄️🥶Western New York winters can and will be brutal at times. Please note that the driveway to the cottage is steep, but I do have a plow guy as needed. Four wheel drive and AWD has no issue no matter the conditions of the driveway.
